Check out vintage French rums at this tasting session
Featuring curated bottles by a world-acclaimed connoisseur.
Offering a parade of liquors sourced from all over the world, the chic and intimate Fine Spirits by La Maison du Whisky has always been a hotspot for discerning hedonists and cerebral quaffers. Famous for hosting invite-only whisky and spirit tasting sessions, the boutique bar is bringing in vintage selections from the sugarcane spirits category this time around by hosting the Old Collector Rum Tasting on Jan 31 from 5-7pm.
The intimate tasting session will feature a selection of curated rums from the personal collection of world renowned rum legend Luca Gargarno, who has over 40 years of experience dabbling in vintage and artisanal rums. The tasting will be led by the expert bar team at La Maison du Whisky and will feature three French agricole rhum classics—the JM Bally 1929 Rhum, Rhum Barbancourt 5 Stars 1940s Bottling and the Trois Riviere 1953.
Entry for the event is $300. You can buy tickets and find out more here.
