This Orchard Road stalwart has been serving up free snacks for a long time. Aside from munching on peanuts that you can chuck on the floor, they serve up simple bar bites in the middle of happy hour, like seafood and bacon quiches, every Monday and Tuesday from 6-8pm.
Take in the grandeur of the Mandarin Oriental or look out on to Marina Bay as you sip on cocktails like the Mandarin Mojito, a twist on the classic with Absolut Mandarin vodka and ginger syrup. Everday, each cocktail gets you free tapas like cheese and ham croquetas, iberico ham and truffle sandwiches and more.
Perfect for night owls looking for a light bite before tucking in, this Dempsey Hill hideout serves free soup of the day before their kitchens close. Look out for the steaming bowls at around 11.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays, while it is served at 10.45pm Sundays to Thursdays.
