Get through self-isolation with “Isaan dancehall” and funky molam.

To bring some light and live music during the Covid-19 closures, Zudrangma Records and Studio Lam have joined forces for ZudrangLam Radio. Available for free online, the radio station sees favorite artists of molam-fanatic DJ Maft Sai—the owner of the two venues—stream mixes and live sets from their homes.

You can tune in for daily sets, including one from DJs Rabih Beaini (Morphine Records) and Sunju Hargun (Karma Klique) on Apr 17 (6pm), or work your way through their archive. Past highlights include a live phin (Thai lute) performance by molam legend Kammao Perdtanon, an upbeat set from Funk Bast*rd of Singapore-based label Darker Than Wax, and the Isaan Dancehall Songkran Special by DJ Maft Sai himself.

Stay tuned on the website for future line-ups.
