You’d think that Bangkok already has its fair share of malls—and you’ll always be proven wrong. The latest addition to Thonburi is ICS brought about by none other than the same people behind the riverside Icon Siam. 

 

Dubbed a mixed-use lifestyle town, the B40 billion ICS is located across from its older sister, spanning over 70,000-sqm and 29 floors in total. The new space aims to capture the masses by gathering more than 200 lifestyle brands and 80 popular F&B spots from across the globe. 

 

Perched above the space is Hilton Garden Inn ICS Charoennakorn, featuring a 17,000-sqm space and 241 rooms.

 

Apart from these perks, the area also promises Lotus's Privé, a self-proclaimed new hypermarket where it would curate premium-quality groceries to match your needs.
