Ah, the '90s. We can just about remember when Bangkok's malls were bursting with laser tag centers, dance machines and sticker booths.

Good news! This Jan 8 finally sees the opening of a new indoor laser tag venue, Lazgam Laser Games. Situated on the fourth floor of Holiday Inn (Sukhumvit Soi 22. BTS Asoke), the center offers seven different game modes in a futuristic 500-sq-meter maze-like space filled with lasers, strobe lights, smoke machines and hidey holes. 

Gather your troops and line up your enemies, for games like "Alien Invasion," a tag-like game where one of the players is designated as an alien with the power to infect others; "Blaster Booster," where players must avoid rival laser beams to be awarded with a super-charged laser power; the "Classic Challenger," where players are separated into teams and must battle against each other for the highest score; plus many more modes that promise to keep you on your toes.
