You know Sergeant Choei? That kind policeman who encourages you to behave yet never actually hands out any tickets. Well, the Metropolitan’s dummy police officers are now going to turn into snitches. Perhaps to steal the CCTV scandal’s thunder, the police has announced it plans on installing digital cameras in the dummy cops’ eyes. The point, says Metropolitan Police Deputy Chief Phanu Kerdlarppol, is that Sergeant Choei can easily be moved around and positioned where needed.The cameras for the pilot project will be provided courtesy of the National Electronics and Computer Technology Centre (NECTEC).
