Chu has a whole page dedicated to hot chocolate, including its signature recipe made by steaming premium French chocolate and full cream milk (B130, hot). Other options include 58-percent or 70-percent dark chocolate, raspberry hot chocolate, Mexican chilli chocolate, Spanish thick chocolate, Parisian, Belgian, American marshmallow and a single origin cacao (all B150 except the single origin B160).
This French cafe rolls out a large bowl of hot chocolate for just B80 which is great for dipping cookies or pairing with their nutella cheese cake (B120).

Sukothai's Lobby Salon rolls out a liquid chocolate buffet which includes 16 different types of chocolate including 72% Venezuelan, dark chilli, dark orange, 58-percent Belgium and 72-percent classic Swiss chocolate. The buffet also includes vanilla creme brulee, pistachio and chocolate millefeuille, mocha toffee cake and assorted pralines, coming in at a healthy B990.

The team at Wonderwall know the first thing you want to do when you get your hot chocolate is dive right in, so that's why they serve it at just the right temperature! The in-house hot chocolate comes at just B110 loaded with whipped cream and marshmallows.
Every evening owner Ton blends one part 80-percent French dark chocolate and one part 20-percent German dark chocolate so it's ripe and ready for the very next morning. His signature chocolate drink is available either iced or hot for just B55.

Rocket creates their own signature ganache popsicles using 64-percent Extra-Bitter Guayaquil Cacao which are served beside velvety steamed milk and whipped cream making the whole thing a little more fun (B150). Rumour has it the ganache popsicles will be available for purchase on their own in a Rocket near you soon, too.
