Nine Popcorn

Go Classic
You can’t really do better than popcorn. One of the first premium popcorn joints in town, Popco (www.popco-shop.com), now has four branches in malls, but still does delivery. Seven flavors (butter, barbecue, caramel, cheese, choco-flake, sour cream and wasabi) are available in zip lock bags for B65, with cashew nuts an extra B10. Place your order on their website and they’ll deliver your popcorn via EMS post (B80 charge if you order less than 12 bags). Another option is Nine Popcorn (www.fb.com/NinePopcorn), whose specialty is caramel corn. Options include caramel corn with cashew nuts (B80 for 150g/B150 for 290g), almonds (B100/B190), macadamia (B200/B390) and cheese (B100/190) at 150g or 290g. Or try the Cherry Berry (B100/B190), which features dried cherry and strawberry. You can find the brand at some Villa Markets and Tops, but they also deliver via motorcycle and post.

Skinni Bears

Go Healthy
If you’re tired of popcorn, one healthier (and trendier) alternative is granola. Sweet’n Sweeten (www.fb.com/Sweetnsweeten, Line ID: kammambo) does grainy goodness that forsakes any added flour and sugar. Options include the Nutty Paradise (oats, cashew nuts, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds, corn flakes, cranberries, dates and honey), Chocolate Craving (oats, cashew nuts, cranberries, corn flakes, chocolate and cocoa), which are both B150 per 140g, and the Morning Corn Flakes (oats, corn flakes, shredded coconut, cashew nuts, raisins, dates and honey) for B120 per 140g. Be sure to order one day in advance to get the freshly-made granola delivered via EMS post. Want something more savory? Opt for Skinni Bears’ (www.fb.com/skinnibears, Line ID: skinnibears) premium dark chocolate and truffle smoked granola and pair it with a glass of Schwarzbier (see Get Sloshed). Other options include original (oats, almonds and pecans), no butter, mocha malt and Mama Rose (with cranberry), all at B240/200g and B380/315g. Delivery available by both motorcycle and post.

Arr Bung

Go Nuts
Arrbung (www.fb.com/ArrBung) offers all kinds of nutty joy, from the bestselling butter-roasted almonds (B140) and sweet-glazed peanuts (B65) to the baked cashew nuts (B140/200g), pistachio (B150) and macadamia (B230). Order on their Facebook page a couple of days in advance so that you don’t miss their delivery days on Mondays and Thursdays. To add some dried fruits, order one of the trail mixes (B80 for 85g/B180 for 250g) from Radiance Wholefoods (www.radiancewholefoods.com), available as Goji Madness (goji, apricot, cashews, almonds, sunflower, pumpkin, peanut, raisins), Raw Power (almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, figs, brazil nuts, goji berries, yellow raisins, peanuts), Men’s Energy (almonds, pistachios, cashews, brazil nuts, peanuts) and Women’s Energy (almonds, peanuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios, pecans). Order a couple of days in advance to get the fresh mixed goodies delivered (Fees range from B50-200).
