2. It’s Easy to Eat Healthily
With its farmers’ market-evoking decor (wooden boxes, splashes of green), Greenmade Cafe does—you guessed it—a very veggie-friendly menu of fusion-style salads, soups and pastas. Their fusion-style dishes include the miang khum salad (savory leaf wraps), pomelo shrimp with tamarind sauce and spicy Thai Mackerel black spaghetti. You can also design your own salad bowl starting at only B90, cold-pressed juices (B85) or smoothie (B75).

3. The Nightlife is Taking Off
Bangkok is home to some of the world’s coolest night markets, but what sets Rod Fai Market 2 in Ratchada (Esplanade Complex, next to MRT Thai Cultural Center) apart is its selection of bars promising cheap yet quality cocktails, live music and top DJs. Here, our absolute favorite is Speakerbox, which serves rotating craft beers and hosts live performances from the city’s top names like Degaruda and Stylish Nonsense. Nearby in Ratchada Soi 7, Mustache Bar (544/5 Ratchadaphisek Soi 7, 081-844-7080) is where you can enjoy night of techno and affordable cocktails.
4. The Cafes Never Sleep

Holly’s Coffee (The Street, 139 Ratchadaphisek Rd, 02-232-1999), whose coffee is equally as good as its vibe, also stays open round the clock.
