Its current opening exhibition features the work of Pok Kobkongsanti from T.R.O.P (terrain + open space) landscape architectural design studio. Whiteline

Finally, somewhere for live music and arty parties on Silom. This renovated six-story shop-house on the corner of Silom Soi 8 is the brainchild of filmmaker Oliver Wolfson. For now, the main action takes place on the ground floor, a grungy art space that’s more than a little reminiscent of Charoenkrung’s Soy Sauce Factory, from the paintings on the white-washed wall to the film projections and colorful lighting. Keep an eye out for their esoteric events held from Fri-Sun.

Yen Akart Villa

Nestled on Yen Akart Road, this multi-purpose by-appointment-only gallery opened in early June. Inspired by 1930s European architecture, the space has soaring ceilings, an expansive use of glass and a crisp white facade. This space aims to host a new exhibition each month, presenting large-scale enamel paintings by New York artist Gary Gagliano this Aug 20.

56th Studio Private Gallery

Dedicated to illustration, furniture, graphic and product design, this private gallery also operates as a concept store and a meeting point for designers. Opened in January, the space reflects the owners' belief that graphic prints, textiles and furniture deserve to be admired with the same level of reverence as fine art.
