Despite being only 20 (where were you when you were 20?) he's already played at Boiler Room and remixed Banks, Angel Haze and The 1975. With a DJ set by Team Cake.

Known for his soulful vocals, two time Grammy nominee Ed Sheeran makes his debut appearance in Singapore. The singer catapulted to fame after his 2011 album spawned hits such as “The A Team”, “You Need Me, I Don’t Need You”, “Lego House” and “Give Me Love”.
 

Rufus Wainwright

Rufus Wainwright, Mar 17

Vocalist and songwriter Rufus Wainwright will be playing his greatest hits after the recent release of his studio album Vibrate: The Best of Rufus Wainwright, featuring 18 standout songs. Wainwright has won The Juno Award, had two Best Alternative Albums for Rufus Wainwright and Poses, and was nominated as Songwriter of the Year for his album Release the Stars in 2008.

The Gathering with Erlend Øye, Mar 19

The Gathering is at it again. They’ve already got a highly anticipated concert set for Feb 14. And now, there’s another concert in the pipeline: The Gathering with Erlend Øye. Best known for being one part of indie folk duo Kings of Convenience, he also sang for The Whitest Boy Alive and collaborated with Röyksopp. Most recently, he put out his second solo album, Legao, which he recorded in Iceland with Icelandic reggae band Hjálmar. This will be his first solo concert in Singapore.

 

Crosby, Stills & Nash

Twice-inductees of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, these granddaddies of folk rock come to Singapore. Unfortunately sometimes-member Neil Young won't be in tow, but we still can’t wait to hear all their classics like “Deja Vu”, “Helplessly Hoping” and “Wooden Ships”.
 


Brooke Fraser

Brooke Fraser, Mar 20

This New Zealander folk-pop singer-songwriter will finally be making her Asian debut, following the release of her latest album Brutal Romantic. Her fourth album took 18 months to put together and is a joint effort between her and producer David Kosten (who also has his name to Bat For Lashes and Everything Everything’s albums). For super fans, there’s a special meet and greet package that lets you snap a pic with the pretty songstress. A VIP pass will set you back $40 (excluding ticket).   


Emilie Simon

Emilie Simon, Mar 23

This French electro-pop singer and composer will be performing in Singapore for the first time. Best known for hits like “Desert” and her cover of Iggy Pop’s “I Wanna Be Your Dog”, she also had a hand in composing and performing the well-received soundtrack for documentary, March Of the Penguins.

Mew, Mar 30

Danish alternative rock band Mew, who was last here at indie music festival Camp Symmetry in 2013, will be back in town performing tunes from their upcoming album +- that’s set to drop in April. So that means: we’ll be one of the first few peeps in the world to listen to their new songs like “LIVE!”. They’ll also be performing old faves like “Comforting Sounds” and “Snow Brigade”.
