If you’re bummed out by the cancellation of the artsy Bangkok Art Book Fair this year, then you’re in luck. Now you can look forward to BKKABF Co-op Online Festival 2020, which will be held for the entire month of September.

The online platform will act as a community space where independent publishers and creators can share their works and ideas. Throughout September, you can also expect an array of events like book launches, collaboration projects, talks, workshops, reading groups and music performances.

Highlights include the launch of "Samun Phrai Thai," an illustrated book about traditional Thai medicinal plants from Chiang Dao, written by Dohee Kwon, William Le Masurier, and Note Panayanggool; "The Wall is My Playground," a Risograph print kit by Witti Studio; and "Asianisation!," an online talk series hosted by a collective from the Netherlands, Non Native Native.

The online events will be shored up by various physical pop-ups in locations across the city—stay tuned for more information on the Facebook page. BKKABF Co-op Online Festival 2020 can be accessed via this website from Sep 1 to 30.
