Two weeks ago, we mentioned that Chiang Rai is celebrating its 750th anniversary with festivities throughout the year, and this month sees the World Colors @ Chiang Rai music festival, taking place Feb 23-26. The free music event held at The Circle of Culture near Kok River in Chiang Rai town invites musicians from all over the world to come and perform, as a representation of the diversity of cultures found in the province.
