Spend some quality time with the elephants up in Chiang Rai.

Renowned for it’s award-winning, ethical on-site elephant camp, Chiang Rai’s Anantara Golden Triangle (www.goldentriangle.ananta.com) has introduced a new “Walking With Giants” program for wildlife-loving guests to develop a deeper emotional connection with their rescued elephants.

The program allows guests to roam with the elephants during their free time under the watchful guidance of a qualified expert. They will also be guided by the on-site vet or biologist during their walks in the grasslands and forests.

Participants will get to socialize with the gentle giants during their bathtimes in the river and play time in the mud, prepare their meals, as well as take part in other daily behavior-enriching activities.

Rates start from B28,000 inclusive of daily breakfast, lunch and dinner, round trip transfers to Chiang Rai airport and a complimentary one-time visit to the Opium Museum.
