Check out the gorgeous interiors of this new Philippe Starck-designed hotel along the Singapore River
Outdoor terraces, tablets on the wall and lots of nice little touches.
M Social Singapore opened along the vibrant Robertson Quay earlier this June and it's pretty sweet, and definitely worth considering for your next long-weekend staycation.
It's got lots of cute tricks like the self-check-in kiosk—the first in Singapore's hospitality scene. You also get a complimentary smart phone preloaded with a city guide found in its rooms, and the best part? It comes with free unlimited data usage, free local and international calling time, and you can take it with you when you're out and about.
The hotel restaurant Beast & Butterflies Restaurant is a bit basic, offering Asian-Western fusion fare such as German pork knuckle paired with Asian sauerkraut and Thai dip sauce, as well as local hawker favorites like bee hoon and laksa. There's also a bar overlooking the Singapore River offers artisanal cocktails for barflies looking to quench their thirst.
There's also going to be a series of events called I M Social, parties designed to bring guests and residents of Robertson Quay together. But it's really the rooms we're most excited about. Check them out here:
