Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas has just introduced Spice Spoons Cooking Schools at their properties worldwide.

The programs include not only cooking sessions but also experiences like selecting ingredients on a market tour, catching live fish, harvesting coconuts for curry and even visits to local homes and school canteens.

Students might learn to make dishes like Chiang Rai Noodles at Anantara Golden Triangle or coconut chicken soup at Anantara Bophut or Anantara Lawana. After each cooking class, participants are presented with a certificate, photograph and souvenir bag.
