Accor Hotels group’s grandiose Hotel de la Paix Hua Hin, designed by famous architect Duangrit Bunnag (see our list of awesome design hotels), has been revamped and rebranded as SO Sofitel Hua Hin.

Set to reopen this Sunday (Jan 31), the hotel’s rooms are now themed as either SO Arty or SO Nature, with the latter coming with a four-poster wooden bed.

There are three new F&B venues, too: White Oven, a restaurant serving Thai and international dishes; Hi-SO, a rooftop bar boasting panoramic views of Hua Hin’s coastline; and Beach Society, a beach club that will host monthly parties.
