In its central location, the luxe hotel Shangri-La Tokyo is offering the new package Tokyo on Two Wheels until June 30, in conjunction with Tokyo Great Cycling Tours.

The stay package includes a six-hour cycling tour of some of the city's hidden spots, with an English speaking guide. The sightseeing tour takes guests along narrow streets and through scenic parks, which are especially popular during spring's cherry blossom season. The ride includes a Japanese bento lunch but there are also plenty of opportunities to stop and try the local street cuisine.

Guests can choose between the Tokyo Bay Ride; each Tuesday and Saturday, the Edo-Tokyo Culture Ride; each Thursday and Sunday, and the Cool Tokyo Ride; on request.

The package also includes use of the hotel's health club and pool, plus breakfast. Rates for Tokyo on Two Wheels start from ¥68,000 ($828).
