Japan’s low-cost airline Peach Aviation (www.flypeach.com) has finally reached Thailand, offering a new route between Bangkok and Okinawa.

Return flights cost from B6,760 but they haven’t announced if that includes taxes, or how much luggage costs. We do know that the Happy Peach Plus fare will include baggage and seat selection, starting from B8,400—just slightly cheaper than full-service carrier Hong Kong Airlines, whose Bangkok-Okinawa route starts from B10,350.

Flights with Peach Aviation leave Bangkok at 1:15am and arrive in Okinawa at 7:30am. The route doesn’t start flying till Feb 16.
