Though it’s getting warmer here in Bangkok, the weather is still breezy up north—especially at the indie-favorite Pai in Mae Hong Son. Have a heat-free good time listening to music in the mountains with a fellowship of local artists, the Pai Arts Club. They are bringing back the Pai Reggae Fest for the seventh time, Jan 27-29 at the Pai Tree House Resort. The three-day gig features big Thai reggae names like T-Bone and Job 2 Be, as well as international talents like Sugar Roy and Conrad from Jamaica, Tony Rankin from USA and Papau-Gee and Likkle Mai from Japan, alongside a series of art exhibitions. Tickets are B400/day or B900/3 days. Reservations and more information at 081-493-1246, 088-402-9219, [email protected] and www.paireggaefest.com.
