Northern Thailand retreat Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle launches Sunrise Elephant Treks for the winter season
The Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle is offering a new Sunrise Elephant Trek for the winter season.
Northern Thailand retreat the Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle has just launched Sunrise Elephant Treks for the winter season (through April, 2013) priced at B3,960 (S$158) per person or B7,920 ($316) per couple.
The two hour program starts at 6:00am and takes guests to the retreat’s camp peak to watch the sunrise. The package includes refreshments like local coffee, pastries and fruit.
After a morning of activity, guests can retreat to one of the rustic getaway’s 15 luxury tents. Rates for their two-night deal (available through December 31, 2013) start at around B77,500 (S$3,090) per night and include round-trip airport transfers, meals and drinks as well as a spa treatment (a 90-minute massage designed to sooth muscles after a day of elephant treks).
On-site, there are also three food and beverage establishments: Nong Yao, serving Thai, Laotian, Burmese, and Western food, Burma Bar, an open air joint overlooking the elephant camp as well as a wine cellar, which can host private tastings and dinners for up to six people.
