The views aren't bad either.

The glamping trend knows no end this winter. The latest is Chanthaburi’s Good Old Days, a pop-up winter camp running weekends only till the end of February. It's also a great option for those too broke for Wonderfruit.

It’s founded by Thai concert creative director Ekalak Intarapasit, who is behind the Good Old Days Live concert series (the latest of which featured Polycat), and features small concerts in front of the campfire every Friday and Saturday nights, followed by vinyl DJ sets playing ‘90s-heavy playlists (yay nostalgia).

Located near Khao Soi Dao, the camp offers only 40 tents, with regular tents going for $74 per person for one night or $149 for two nights. Premium tents come with better views, two bottles of red wine each night and tickets for two for the next Good Old Days Live concert later this year—$93 per person for one night or $187 for two nights. Those prices include breakfast and dinner, including Thai delicacies such as moo chamuang (stewed pork with herbs and cha muang leaves) and lots of seafood.
