Eat your way around Myanmar's former capital.

New food tour company Sa Ba (Burmese for “eat, please,” www.sabastreetfoodtours.com) offers taste treks of Yangon that will guide you through street food stalls and family-owned eateries serving traditional Myanmar dishes.

The Breakfast tour (B1,000) takes you on a morning walk to a downtown district bustling with locals to get dishes like mohinga, a breakfast favorite of peas with nan bread.

Not a morning person? The Evening tour (B1,170) wanders around the historic neighborhoods of Little India and China Town to discover their most storied eats.

If you’re not much of a walker, hop on a trishaw (a bicycle with a cushioned seat on one side) instead. All tours take about three hours and cover over 10 dishes and snacks. Vegans and vegetarians are also accommodated.
