China's Silicon Valley gets another five-star hotel opening
Attention, budding entrepreneurs.
Newly opened in "China's Silicon Valley," Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Golden Bay (bit.ly/2tLazOD) is located right on the beachfront of Golden Bay, providing both relaxing seaside views and high-tech meeting spaces and facilities for the city's growing tech and startup scene.
With prices starting from 1,352 CNY/night (just below B6,800/night), the 317 guestrooms and suites are inspired by the Dapeng Fortress, an historic walled village, and the area's heritage as a fishing village.
Facilities include a 24-hour fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, while guests can get their fill of Cantonese-Teochew at Marriott's signature Man Ho restaurant, all-day dining staples at Golden Bay Kitchen, Hong Kong-style cafe bites at The China Baking Company and cocktails at The Lounge.
A sneaky detour to Hong Kong is also only 30 minutes' away by subway, too.
