Two new routes, from Singapore to Denpasar in Bali and Padang in Sumatra, will be launched by Mandala Airlines on November 1.

Indonesian budget airline Mandala Airlines, a partner of Tiger Airways, will launch flights from Singapore to Denpasar in Bali, and Singapore to Padang from December 1.

Tickets go for $259 return for the Denpasar route and $201 return for the Padang route. This compares with $237 return to Bali on Jetstar and $196 return to Bali on Air Asia. The flights to Denpasar depart from Singapore daily at 10:35am and flights to Padang depart from Singapore daily at 8:55pm. Visit Bali for its beaches, nightlife and art. Padang in Sumatra is known for its food and Bukittingi Hills, which are 930 meters above sea level.
