Chef Ian Kittichai takes his vibrant and exciting take on traditional Thai cooking inter.

Chef Ian Kittichai's vibrant, traditional Thai restaurant, Issaya Siamese Club has expanded to Hong Kong.

This new branch retains the signature colorful ambience of the original, adorned with heritage-style tiles, bold wallpapers and regional antiques.

The menu is the same, too, with dishes made from fresh and organic ingredients and produce that are flown in from Thailand, Australia and New Zealand on a daily basis. Should you be feeling homesick on your next HK trip, they'll also be serving the same potent cocktails, flavored with Thai twists.

The restaurant's open kitchen also boasts a prominent pastry and dessert counter, while diners can enjoy views of the harbour from the sizeable outdoor terrace.
