Long-circulating rumor has just been confirmed. From Dec 1 this year, Air Asia will start flying direct from Bangkok to India's two most popular cities: New Delhi and Kolkata. Flights to Kolkata will be operated daily, leaving Bangkok at 10:30am, whereas flights to New Delhi will only be available on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sun at 7:50pm for the time being. The promotional one-way fares start from B990 for Kolkata and B1,490 for New Delhi. Book through Oct 17 for travel during Dec 1-Aug 31.
