Unlike its industrial loft-like counterparts, this small coffee house has a more back-to-nature vibe thanks to its thatched roof, but don’t worry—there’s air-con too.

Stick to the same road heading to Baan Khang Wat and you’ll also spot Begin Again (099-762-0006, www.fb.com/beginagainchiangmai), a glasshouses-style building shaded by green trees. Grab one of their highlight cake rolls in flavors like melon, strawberry and blueberry, and pull up a chair under the statement tree sculpture that rises up to the second floor.
