The restaurant is reservation-only, with lunch starting at B280/person and dinner at B550/person. When you call to book you can request popular dishes like a zesty raw mango salad, liver pate or chicken curry roti; otherwise you’re leaving it up to chef Kroongtana "Chang" Nimnu to craft your menu, which could feature anything from a chicken green korma to wild rice pudding.
