Officially opening on New Year’s Eve 2023, Tichuca, in collaboration with Origin Nationwide, is taking over the Phuket beach club scene until June. Inspired by the forests of South Africa, the layout is nearly identical to Bangkok's jungle-themed bar, but the beaches of Phuket make this spot a whole lot more tropical. 

 

With Bangtao Beach as the backdrop and an artificial light tree that dances in the wind, this is a photo opportunity not to be missed. The open-air spot features several zones, including a VIP section and spaces filled with rattan seats, wooden tables, bean bags, sun beds, and standing areas in front of the DJ decks and the beach. 

 

There are two bars providing wine, beer, and tiki-style drinks focused on tropical fruits, such as the Pineapple Mule, Vietnamese Guava, and the Dirty Paloma, which can be served in a pineapple or coconut. The prices might seem a bit high for Phuket, but you can’t get this ambiance just anywhere. 

 

Bangkok’s Tichuca always brings the crowds, so Phuket should get ready.
