Anantara Vacation Club Phuket Mai Khao (887 Moo 3, Mai Khao, Phuket, +66 7633-7200) is now open in northwest Phuket—15 minutes from Phuket International Airport—comprising 70 apartment suites and 30 villas.

Resort facilities include a large freeform swimming pool and jacuzzi, a 24-hour fitness centre and an Anantara Spa. Plus group yoga, meditation and stretching classes, as well as bicycles to explore the local beaches and villages.

On-site, there are three restaurants and bars: All-day dining restaurant Chaam, wood-fired pizza specialist Crust and pool bar Ripples.
