Fancy a visit to Laos' UNESCO heritage city of Luang Prabang? Now's your turn. AirAsia (www.airasia.com) has finally announced flights between Bangkok to Luang Prabang starting this Mar 24. 

 

The 1-hour-20-minute flights happen once daily, departing Bangkok 2:10pm and Luang Prabang at 4:45pm.  

 

Though the advertisd rate of B990 is a pretty rare commodity, we were able to find flights out of Bangkok from B1,200 with the return leg from as low as, wait for it... B700. 

 

These low prices are on offer from now until Feb 14 for travel during the period Mar 24, 2016, to Feb 5, 2017.
