Making Dusit Thani great again.

Looking for a foodie escape? Dusit Thani has just the thing. To mark the opening of its South American-style restaurant, Nómada, Dusit Thani Hua Hin is bringing together top notch chefs from Bangkok for a three-day feast this Mar 18-20.

Dubbed the Feast by the Beach, the event gathers both veteran and aspiring chefs—Paolo (Appia), Chalee (100 Mahaseth), Willy (el Willy Kitchen), Andre (the newly opened Nómada), and Jinda (Dusit Thani Hua Hin’s executive chef)—all taking turns to feed diners with their unique expertise.

On Mar 18, chef Paolo will take over Dusit Thani Hua Hin’s al fresco Italian restaurant San Marco to whip up a sumptuous Italian feast (B2,180 per person), accompanied by award-winning cocktails from Tropic City and wines curated by the brains behind Soul Wines.

Mar 19 starts with a home-style lunch feast (B1470/person) from Paolo again, but there will be all-day poolside cocktails from one of Thailand’s best bartenders: Nontawat “Oat” Kaewsod, starring gin, rum, and vodka. The feast will see collaboration from chef Charlee Kader and chef Andre Josef Nweh Severino in their South American-style five-course (B2,295) meal from Nómada. Expect locally sourced ingredients and brilliant open-fire techniques.

The last day of the feast on Mar 20 begins with creative Spanish brunch and tapas (B1,590) from Willy Trullàs, boasting delightfully delicious bites with pairings from Soul Wines

Of course, you don’t have to attend all of these events in one go. But when you book any of these feasts, you’ll get a special discount price for a room package, starting from B3,000 for deluxe room type (breakfast included) and a 30% discount from the hotel’s spa. The room promotion is only applicable during Mar 18-20.
