For a limited time, a collaboration between Disney Concerts, Alcopop, Five Four Live, and the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra will present “Star Wars: A New Hope in Concert” at Prince Mahidol Hall on March 30 and 31.

Since its groundbreaking debut over four decades ago, the Star Wars universe has left an indelible mark on the world of cinema—not including the prequels because those don’t count. Luke Skywalker’s journey begins again to the big screen with a full-fledged orchestra, playing every note in harmony with the film.

John Williams is the mastermind behind the score, the cinematic genius who composed scores for the first three Harry Potter films, “Schindler's List,” “Jurassic Park,” “E.T.,” and many more. His work on “Star Wars: A New Hope” earned him an Academy Award for Best Original Score. Williams is also regarded as the most nominated living individual in Academy Award history.

The score will be performed by the Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Thanapol Setabrahmana. This performance is produced under license by Disney Concerts, a branch of Disney Music Group known for producing concerts such as “The Pirates of the Caribbean,” “The Little Mermaid,” “Pixar in Performance,” “Fantasia,” and more.

Tickets here. May the Force be with you.
