At Red Sky’s new daily oyster workshop, you don’t just get to eat a ton of oysters (seriously, go with an empty stomach), you also learn how to shuck like a pro.

 

The sky-high fine-dining restaurant’s French head chef, Christian Ham, holds the class from 2-4:30pm every day (bookings required one week in advance) at a price of B2,955/person (minimum four people).

 

In that, you also get a wine pairing, glass of Champagne, an oyster Bloody Mary and the how-to on some of his oyster-based signature dishes. There’s also a recipe book and carved wooden oyster knife to take home at the end of it.
