River City Bangkok is hosting its second classic car exhibition from Feb 20-Mar 8

Siam Setthabut, an esteemed collector and restorer of rare classic cars and president of the Mercedes-Benz Club (Thailand), is the one pulling the strings behind this exhibition. The ambition here is not only to attract like-minded fanatics, but to also educate them about the heritage, technology and historical and cultural significance of each car.

This is a golden opportunity to travel back in time to when Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe and James Dean were on the thrones of pop culture. Fans of vintage cars can geek out over the rare and playful vehicles on display. The star-studded lineup includes a silver Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gull Wing (1955), an ivory Mercedes-Benz 190SL (1957), a yellow Jaguar E-Type Series 3 (1973), a pink Cadillac 62 (1955), a purple (yes, purple) Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow Series 2 (1979) and a pink Rolls-Royce Corniche (1984), among others.

This free-entry exhibition will be hosted at RCB Artery on the first floor of River City. Revenue from the donation box will go towards purchasing wheelchairs for the disabled.
