Bar.Yard should be no stranger to folks who know Bangkok’s nightlife scene. The venue has won BK Magazine’s very own “Best Rooftop Bar” accolade at our annual BAD Awards for the past two years in a row, and in consistently mixing things up with new menus, themes and parties. Now, the award-winning venue is launching its latest line-up of weekly parties, “Nights at the Yard”. With five new party themes spread across the different days of the week, you’ll get a good mixture of vibes and energy levels here with everything from Taco Tuesday and ladies nights to more off-the-cuff parties like urban jungle blow-out and cosmopolitan dance-offs.

Every Tuesday, Bar.Yard is hosting one of the better bang-for-your-baht Taco Tuesday nights in town. Starting at just B85/taco, the menu covers many of the most popular tacos you could want, including beef brisket and pork al pastor to shrimp scampi and pollo tinga. As expected, you can get your tacos in soft tortillas or crunchy corn shells depending on what you like, and a soundtrack of Latin-inspired beats helps to keep the vibes going. Bonus, every alcoholic drink order includes a free taco—and we know how we would handle that situation. Booze, tacos, and some of the best skyline views in the city, sounds like a winning combination to us. 

 

Bar.Yard’s Cosmo Wednesday celebrates diversity and inclusivity with a vibrant, high-energy party on the 40th floor every Wednesday night. Designed specifically to celebrate the city’s LGBTQA+ community and its allies, DJs hit the decks with some catchy house and techno beats for a party with bombastic style and no judgement. Comos are the drink of the evening, and there will be several variations on offer, obviously, and bartenders serve with flash and flair to match the vibe. This is definitely one of the more high energy rooftop parties of the week. 

 

It wouldn’t be a line-up of weekly parties without a ladies night—Thursdays at Bar.Yard are the days for that. Ladies get a free drink on entry, and special drink deals throughout the night. The playlist is packed with nostalgic throwback hits from the 90s and 2000s, making a fun backdrop for dancing or catching up with friends. Whether you’re looking for a fun night out or simply want to soak in the rooftop’s vibrant ambiance, this should offer a pretty lively yet relaxed environment for women to unwind and enjoy.

 

 

Bar.Yard’s stable urban jungle vibes continue every Friday and Saturday night, leaning into a high energy vibe for the big weekend nights. DJs keep the energy up with an eclectic mix of hip-hop, pop, and R&B beats, and neon lights enhance the tropical rooftop bar’s feel, while the city’s skyline adds an extra layer of drama. Whether you’re out for a wild night or just seeking an electrifying setting to unwind, the Urban Jungle weekends are designed for partygoers ready for a high-energy rooftop experience.

 

 

This is something Bangkok needs, and we are happy to see. On Sundays, the mood changes from high-energy to laid back, with a tropical twist: live reggae music and a menu inspired by Jamaican flavors. Good jerk chicken is hard to come by in this city, so you better believe Bar.Yard is bringing the goods here. On top of that, you can snag other Jamaican-style eats like escovitch snapper and chayote mango salad. The rooftop transforms into a Caribbean-inspired haven to help immerse yourself in the flavors and sounds of island life.
