It’s that time of year again: Pelupo International Music Festival is about to begin. Headliners Parcels and Jack Johnson this weekend hit the stage Mar 1-2, at The Fields at Siam Country Club in Chonburi.

This year, brace for two days of genre-blending music. Festivities kick off with Thailand’s own Maj7 on the first night for jazzy RnB. The headliner for the first evening is Berlin-based Aussie electropop band Parcels, known for their entertaining shows and their 70s-inspired hits like “Tieduprightnow,” “Overnight,” and “Lightenup.” Joining them on stage will be the Swedish jazz band Dirty Loops, Aussie funk and hip-hop band Winston Surfshirt, and the soulful and groovy Thai band H 3 F.

Day two is headlined by the legendary Jack Johnson, the surfer-turned-filmmaker-turned folk-pop icon, with his signature beachy melodies like “Better Together,” “Banana Pancakes,” and “Upside Down.” Also that day will be Yung Bae, Aussie twins Cosmo’s Midnight, Korean Folk artist John Ofa Rhee, and Thailand’s psychedelic experimental jazz band H1F4.

Pelupians, get ready for a jam-packed two-days. Tickets are available through TicketMelon.
