Well, at least Chadchart keeps his promises.

Next month will see the debut of Bangkok’s anticipated film fest, where eight public spaces are slated for large outdoor screenings.

The film festival is part of campaign promises from the newly elected Bangkok governor Chadchart Sittipunt, who aims to cultivate film appreciation among the masses—a rare sight considering how few politicians keep their promises these days.
