The folks at Thirsty - The Beer Shop are opening a new outlet at Katong Shopping Centre (‪B1‬-37). If you get lost easily, remember it's along Mountbatten Road, and is opposite a 7-11.

The shop is doing a soft launch and are open from Thu-Sun, 12-8pm; you can grab a cold beer at 10% off and chug away, or choose to bring it home. This branch houses around 30-40 brands of beer, including many from hip US breweries like Rogue, Ballast Point, Deschutes and Lagunitas, so brew heads are in for a treat.

Oh, and it's cash only, so make sure you head by an ATM before coming in to shop. The opening discount lasts until Oct 31.
