IconSiam, the mega B54-billion riverside development by three property giants—Siam Piwat, Magnolia Quality Development and Charoen Pokphand—has finally announced it will open on Nov 9.

The announcement was made by Supoj Chaiwatsirikul, Managing Director of IconSiam Company Ltd., on Wednesday.

Set on a sprawling 750,000-sq-meter plot of land on Charoen Nakhon Road, among its highlights will be The Residences at Mandarin Oriental (two luxurious skyscraper and condominiums 70 and 52 floors), 100-plus restaurants, a 3,500-seat auditorium, and “Heritage Museum.”

As reported by Matichon Online, the mall will also consist of more than 500 shops, which include the Thai debut of the giant Japanese Takashimaya department store, the UK-leading sports and fashion retailer JD Sports, the Nike Kicks Lounge and Adidas Originals store (both said to be the largest in Southeast Asia), as well as COS and Aland.
