Ikea is releasing its first-ever apparel collection in Bangkok this month
From home decor to street fashion.
After unveiling its first-ever clothing and accessories collection in mid-2020 at Ikea Harajuku in Tokyo, Japan, the Swedish furniture giant is finally ready to release the much-anticipated lineup to Bangkok fans this month.
Dubbed “Eftertrada,” which means “successor” in Swedish, the collection is a collaboration between Ikea Japan and Ikea in Sweden, with designs inspired by the people of Tokyo. The lineup includes t-shirts (price TBA), hoodies (B699), towels (B299), water bottles (B99), canvas totes (B199), face masks (price TBA) and other accessories featuring the brand’s iconic logo and barcode print from its popular “Billy” bookcase.
Bangkok will be Ikea’s latest destination to release its apparel collection after Japan and Singapore.
The Eftertrada collection is set to drop at Ikea Bangna and Bangyai branches this Thursday (Jan 14).
