High-fashion designers are teaming up with ready-to-wear brands, the result being more affordable style. Here are the six best collaborations to arrive in Bangkok shopping malls this month.

Topshop x Ashish

In celebration of its 10th birthday, Topshop rolls out this collaboration collection for Spring/Summer 2014 with London-based Indian designer Ashish Gupta, known for streetwear that incorporates glamorous touches like sequins. Titled “Beach, Please!,” the collection shows off Tshirts, maxi tees, hoodies and towels bearing beach and hotel-related slogans like “Paradise Hotel,”“Sun of a Beach” and “Do Not Disturb.” Neon-colored accessories and swimwear are also available, to be matched with a black mesh dress. Another highlight yet to arrive in Bangkok but causing buzz online is the buffalo boots with LED heels.

Mykita x Maison Martin Margiela

We were pretty excited to find these two fashion houses were coming to town, doubly so that they have collaborated on a Spring/Summer 2014 eyewear collection—a big deal for fashion devotees. Combining German eyewear house Mykita’s expert craftsmanship with MMM’s avantgarde design, the collection boasts two unisex models: Essential (B25,000), stainless steel frames coming in six styles and four colorways, and Dual (B25,000), two pairs of acetate frames which are born as one and then deconstructed into two with a selection of four styles and five colorways.

Expected to arrive in August, Adidas have teamed up with two stylish minds, Christian Dior’s creative director Raf Simons and American fashion designer Rick Owens.
