Chef Sutinee Suntivatana’s catering service, cooking school and Australian-inspired café is now also open for dinner every Fri-Sun from 7-11pm. Dishes includes tuna ceviche with pickled beetroot and shaved fennel (B250) and lamb ragout with homemade pappardelle and chorizo fricassee (B350).
