Dempsey hotspots The White Rabbit and The Disgruntled Chef have added new creations to their menus.

Over at The White Rabbit, expect spanking new European dishes to try, including crispy duck leg with tarte of wild mushroom confit ($22), seabass en papillote ($32), 36-hours brandt short ribs ($42), and desserts such as baked apple pie ($18) and warm banana pudding ($16).

As for The Disgruntled Chef, chef Daniel Sia presents new items such as roasted sea scallops with truffle butter ($24), braised pork cheeks ($32) and an amazing (but unassuming) salmon and tomato quiche ($14). There are also new Champagne cocktails on offer, including choices like the berry-infused Red Velvet ($22) and the passionfruit-based Passion '75 ($25).
