Set in the mezzanine overlooking the lobby at the Grand Hyatt Erawan, Tables (494 Ratchadamri Rd., 02-254-1234, bangkok.grand.hyatt.com) is all about the French tradition of tableside food preparation. Included in the B2,200 price tag is an assortment of appetizers, a choice of one main and either European cheeses or dessert to finish (or pay B300 extra for both if you’re feeling gluttonous). Watch as chefs plate up decadent signature dishes, like Boston lobster bisque, champagne risotto with black truffle, steak au poivre and slow-cooked duck leg with cherries.
