Seed is now open in the daytime and here are pics of the new brunch menu to prove it
New opening hours and new dishes for Water Library's rusticated casual restaurant.
Water Library's rusticated casual restaurant Seed has just announced new daylight opening hours (11am-midnight on week days and 10am-midnight on weekends), and head chef Pakapat “Jao” Sakyaso is celebrating with a new brunch and lunch menu.
We really like the “Popeye and Olive” (B210), spinach and cheese-stuffed French toast with olives, plus standard picks like breakfast burrito (B270) and Anytime Egg (B250), the restaurant’s take on eggs Benedict, served in a pot with toasted bread.
On the sweet side, don't miss “the fluffiest pancake” (B170) served with brown butter whipped cream, or Jao’s granola (B180) with yogurt and fruits.
For something lighter, chef Jao also bakes fresh rotating croissants, financiers and scones to go with a cup of espresso (B80), fruit juice or shake (both from B110). Gluten-free baked items are also available.
