Phuket’s contemporary Australian dining restaurant Heh is taking over Siwilai City Club, bringing the best catches from Andaman and Australian influence this Nov 10.
First opened amidst the pandemic in 2020, Heh is spearheaded by none other than Nattaphon “Oat” Othanawathaki who showcases his culinary expertise from Melbourne’s hospitality industry. Unlike the overly-staged haute-cuisine you might expect from today’s fine-dining scene, his food promises simple delights from the Andaman’s sea thanks to his connections with Ko Tan’s fishermen.
