Just in time for summer, Elements restaurant’s chef Cyril Cocconi is lifting the lid on ‘Act 4,’ a new seasonal set menu. The menu consists of á la carte options like the salad of Brittany lobster with dehydrated mango and pandan-lemongrass vinaigrette (B1,250), pan-fried turbot (B1,500), French grain-fed veal (B1,700) and roasted Brittany blue lobster with white asparagus (B1,800).
