Casual French restaurant Paris Bangkok (120 Soi Saladang 1/1, 02-233-1990 ) has gotten a new manager and a new chef, Eloi de Fontenay. Despite the previously hit or miss food, we were always very impressed by their long wine list and their passion, so we have high hopes for the change in management.
